Café Siena is not like other café’s. Apart from being situated in the heart of the community. We want Café Siena to be a space of hope and opportunity, a place where everyone in the community is warmly welcomed and feels safe.
Café Siena is a spacious place where young and old can engage with each other in a friendly setting, leading to greater understanding across generations and abilities. There is a play corner for toddlers, and we plan to develop it into a community hub where exhibitions by local artists and groups are regularly displayed. From time to time we hope to offer lunch-time concerts and are welcome to suggestions from any community group as to how to help it better serve our locality.
The café is run by our enthusiastic manager, Karen, and a band of willing volunteers. If you would be interested in joining this happy and committed team, and have a few hours spare to volunteer, do get in touch via email.
