Ash Wednesday – 2nd March
To mark the beginning of Lent, there will be an Ash Wednesday Communion service at St Catherine’s on Wednesday 2nd March, starting at 7:30pm. Everybody is welcome. This service is in addition to the regular Wednesday morning Communion, which starts at 9:00am .
Lent Online Evening Prayer
Over Lent this year we will be offering a short daily prayer time at 5.30 pm on St Catherine’s Facebook page, using the Live Lent reflections on Embracing Justice. Sunday 30th – Bring Your Own
For the 10am Service on Sunday 30th January, we invite you to bring your own Songs and Words of Praise. Come ready to share a Bible verse or passage, hymn, song or poem! Shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child 2021
A huge thank you to everyone who brought a shoebox to St Catherine’s for our Shoebox Sunday service. We took over 40 shoeboxes to the collection depot on Monday morning. Along with the on-line donations, they’ll be sending Good News and Great Joy to less fortunate children around the world.
Christingle – Sunday 5th December

Remembrance Sunday Service (2021) starts 9:30am
Please note our Sunday Morning Service starts at the earlier time of 9:30am for Remembrance Sunday – 14th November. This is to allow time for those who wish attend the 11am Remembrance service at Tilehurst Triangle.
