Friday Friends meets weekly from 2.00 – 4.00pm every Friday, price £3.50 (carers free), offering a mix of light exercise, singing together, tabletop games and craft activities in a safe, warm and friendly environment – with tea and cakes. Here’s the programme for December 2017 & January 2018.

Café Harvest Lunch – Friday 6th October ’17

The Café will be open for a special Harvest Lunch at 12.30 pm. For £6.50 there will be :- Cottage pie and vegetables-(Vegetarian alternative available) Apple and Blackberry Crumble with custard or ice cream Tea or coffee. Please book at the Café. Friday Friends will follow in the Hall as usual.

Oomph : exercise class for older adults – 29th August

Tuesday 29th August sees the 2nd of our “Oomph” exercise class taster sessions. Each session consists of half an hour of mild physical activity followed by socialising over tea and cake.  The idea is to improve mobility, dexterity, confidence, mood, memory and concentration, especially for those suffering from dementia and depression.
