We have a dream…!

…that we will be a welcoming space here for everyone in our community…where people are able to sit in the sunshine (or the rain!), chat, and build relationships, a place to be, and belong.
We are asking for donations towards a selection of outdoor furniture from below, which will go on the outside tarmac area in front of the Church.
All are made from 100% recycled plastic waste, will not rot or splinter, no more painting or staining required, weatherproof, long life span, maintains the appearance of treated timber.

There are donations envelopes incorporating Gift Aid declarations at church, or contact us and we will send you an envelope. Please talk to Rev Gill if you wish to donate the full price of any item.

Bible Book Club, Wednesdays, 4.00pm
A Book Club with a difference! It’s reading the Bible – and the rule is – only people who don’t go to church are allowed to attend!
We will be looking at a chunk of the Bible each week, and then discussing the questions that it raises for those who come.
Everyone is welcome – and if you’d like to join us, please contact Gill Rowell, our vicar, who will be leading the sessions, or email us here. They are fun, thought provoking and real.

For the 10am Service on Sunday 30th January, we invite you to bring your own Songs and Words of Praise.
Come ready to share a Bible verse or passage, hymn, song or poem!
The service will start with a short, spoken service of Holy Communion, after which we invite you to contribute a Bible reading, poem, or choose a Hymn or song from Songs of Fellowship – saying why it is special to you!
Our Songs of Fellowship books 1-3 will be available, bit if it’s not in that book, just let us know beforehand and our musicians are willing to give most songs a good try.
As it is also Leprosy Sunday, we will also be showing a short video; and Chris Stratta from the Leprosy Mission will be coming to update us on progress later in the year.

Pick and Mix – our youth group for 11-18 year olds is restarting 14th January with a games evening at the Vicarage.
If you are 11-18 and want to join us we would love to have you.
Details of our Spring Term plans are below.
