Just a reminder that Messy Church takes a break in August as we prepare for our week long Holiday Club.
Why not come along to the Holiday Club opening service on Sunday 11th at 10:30am. They’ll be lots of fun and games regardless of whether you can attend the Holiday Club week or not.
Messy Church will return on Saturday Sept 7th. We hope to see you then !
Friday Friends meets weekly from 2.00 – 4.00pm every Friday, price £3.50 (carers free), offering a mix of talks, light exercise, singing together, tabletop games or craft activities in a safe, warm and friendly environment – with tea and cakes.

This month’s Messy Church is exploring our Holiday Club theme of Backpacking !
At this year’s Holiday Club, we will be thinking about travelling around Europe backpacking. Jesus also travelled all around the counties near where he lived – although we don’t think he had a rucksack !
At Messy Church this Saturday, through our usual fun mix of crafts, activities, songs & a story, we’ll be finding out some of what Jesus got up to and why he travelled so much.

We’re please to announce our new, informal service for the whole family, from Sunday 9th June at 11am.
As previously announced, the congregation from Cornwell Community Church are joining us to start this new service.
It’ll be the same time as Cornwell (11.00 am), with the same style of service (very informal), the same group of people (all ages, with several young people in our music group), the same great music and the same refreshments (fresh coffee and cakes).
As before we aim to make our service accessible for everyone and we are accepting and understanding of people with special needs.
We hope to see you there !
Please come along to our 2019 Summer Fair on Saturday 8th June, 2pm – 4pm. Fun for all the Family with Stalls, Games & Refreshments.
Also there is a Children’s Competition to make a monster from a fruit and/or vegetable. There are 2 classes: under 5’s and 5-11’s. Free entry!
Fair entry by donation, children are free.
